I have a problem – I am pathologically addicted to vintage lenses. I love everything about them – their vintage appearance, solid build materials, the images they produce. The photos made with them are unique and totally different from the photos taken with current digital-optimised lenses. They are too clean!

This site is a collection – an online record of the lenses which I have tried. Some of them are truly exceptional, others less so.

I adore the fact that there are so many different lenses to find and research. All of them are special in one way or another. I have chosen to use a Canon mirrorless camera, which allows me to adapt pretty much any lens due to the short flange distance.
